Accomodations

We are pleased to annouce that the CSGD and the Flower Farm Inn, a lovely bed-and-breakfast Inn located only a few miles from Cold Spring Ranch, have set up a special accommodation rate just for students attending the School. Our News Page offers more info and pictures of the Inn.

We have also provided a range of accommodations for students who are out of the area.  Most of these are located within a few miles of Cold Spring Ranch, where the California School of Garden Design is located.  For those who are on a budget, one suggestion is to talk to other students who are from out of the area and see if they would be interested in sharing accommodations.

In addition to the following hotels and bed-and-breakfast accommodations, we offer a couple of other options on a first-come-first-served basis.  One of these is a former graduate of the School who lives nearby and is happy to rent out a room to current students, and the other is a separate guesthouse on a property in Colfax, California which is rented by the month, only to students of the School.  If you are interested in one of these options, please contact us by email or telephone (530) 885-1625 prior to the beginning of your session.

More places to stay in the area can be found on the Auburn Chamber of Commerce website.

Wow. What an adventure & what a gracious guide and teacher you are. I am so appreciative. What you are doing for students like myself is awesome. Thank you - thank you Rob. When I am an "older" lady - wearing shades of purple, gray hair flowing, driving my little pick-up to my next job - I will dedicate each garden to my teacher, my mentor, my friend. Blessings,

Debby
